In case of POSTAL damage I cover the return postage and refund fully or replace.

In case of product not meeting expectations - I will refund product cost fully but postage is the buyers responsibility.

(In all my years only once did I need to refund and that was because the postman dropped the parcel)

If product is in stock I usually ship within 4 days or sooner. I use Parcelforce 48.

This is an organising option to get a deep tray to match your chosen sand tray for miniatures. They are neatly stackable and easily accessible if space is an issue. It also provides a complimentary look to your sand tray.

A deep tray holds approx. 32-34 litre volume for sand tray objects depending on shape and size of objects.

In the photo above I transferred one of my travel cases for miniatures into the tray and its volume was 32 litres with space left for some smaller objects to still fit in.
