RETURN POLICY

  • I will refund any damaged goods. In case of POSTAL damage I cover the return postage and refund fully or replace.

  • If the product does not meet your expectations - I'm happy to refund the product cost fully but the postage is the buyer's responsibility.

  • To avoid disappointment I have endeavoured to provide a full and detailed product representation on the website and hope this will help to provide customer satisfaction and pleasure in your work for years to come.

PAYMENT METHOD

I use Paypal, card payment by Stripe or BACS to keep. 

If you would prefer to pay by BACS you can email an order through directly to Chris - artisandtrays@gmail.com -  I will send through an invoice with details of payment.
